Monitoring Points: Pulverized Bag Outlet, Coal Mill Inlet, Pulverized Coal Bin, Injection Tank, Dust Collector, Induced Draft Fan Inlet, etc.

Measured Components and Range: CO: 0-2000ppm, O₂: 0-10% (component range is selectable and adjustable)

Analysis Purpose: To provide data guidance for the safe production of pulverized coal injection.

Interlock Control: The system automatically samples, purges, drains, and analyzes output (4-20mA signal output). Data interlock can be achieved with the coal injection dilution system via the central control room.

IV. TR-9200 Features

1. The system structure is designed as an integrated analysis cabinet according to turnkey engineering requirements, achieving advanced levels in terms of technology, applicability, reliability, and safety comparable to domestic and international counterparts.

2. Utilizes specially designed stainless steel fiber sintered microporous sampling filters inspired by aerospace technology, replacing traditional ceramic or silicon carbide filters. Features strong regeneration capability, high filtration efficiency, and extended on-site maintenance cycles.

3. Employs Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to achieve automatic purging of sampling pipelines and probes, timed automatic sampling, and partial self-diagnostic functions, enhancing the system's automation level.

4. The pretreatment system adopts a special design with multi-stage dust filtration, combining coarse and fine filtration. Long-term field operation demonstrates effective resolution of challenges such as high maintenance and low online continuous operation rates under high-dust and high-humidity conditions, extending system runtime.
